- I am a Senior Training Counselor for the NRA and hold all the civilian firearm certifications the NRA offers. I teach basic rifle, pistol, and shotgun courses. I also conduct Arizona CCW and Security/Armed Guard courses. I also certify NRA Instructors who want to teach CCW/Armed Guard, or conduct firearm courses on their own
